The Animal-Riding animals are ready for use in just a few minutes. The animals XS and Small have a removable head part, the animals of the sizes Medium/Large and X-Large also have folded legs that can be fixed in place in a few easy steps.

All animals are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands with DPD on the same day or the next day at the latest, depending on order time. Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days to all neighboring countries of The Netherlands - and 3-4 working days to all other EU countries.

Depending on the frequency of use, the animals have an average lifespan of 7 years. The skins are, in contrast to other manufacturers, replaceable. Spare parts like skins, wheels, saddles etc. can be ordered in our shop.

Free repair
Should an animal nevertheless become defective after years, simply send it to our warehouse and we will repair it for you free of charge. Any spare parts required, and the return shipment will be charged at cost price.
